each smock is hand-smocked, hand-embroidered and made to order in my studio in the kent countryside. smocks can be made in a choice of fabrics with a wide palette of colours and contrasting embroidery to choose from in both adults and children sizes.
the embroidery can be as delicate and understated as a feather stitch gently framing the smocking, collar and cuffs or it can be more intricate and expressive. the process is entirely personal, with the opportunity to incorporate colours, motifs or quiet references that hold a particular meaning for you.
every smock is finished with handmade buttonholes and a choice of antique buttons or handwoven dorset buttons, adding a final layer of craft and individuality to each garment.
