shipping information

please allow 24-48 hours for your order of in stock items to be processed and fulfilled. made-to-order items will have the date of delivery established upon order confirmation.

standard domestic shipping is a flat rate of £8 for UK, £14 for Europe and £20 for international orders.

complimentary worldwide shipping for orders over £300.

all international orders are subject to customs charges, duties tax and handling fees billed by the destination country’s customs department. the recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance.

lu flux is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. in the event a package goes missing, please email hello@luflux.com so that a claim can be made with the shipping carrier.

all packages will require a signature on receipt

returns

unworn and unused items can be exchanged/refunded within 14 days of delivery. please ensure all items are returned with original tags and in original condition. shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty in which case the customer will be refunded in full.

made-to-order items are non-refundable.
